Having trouble connecting your scanner to your Computer?

Do as following:

  1. Click on the 3 white lines at the top left.

  2. Click "Settings".

  3. Click "Scanner Settings".

  4. Click the reload button (semicircle ending in an arrow).

  5. Click "Select Scanner".

  6. Select "Symbol Bar Code Scanner :: EA".

  7. Click connect.

  8. Then it is connected again. If not, close Shopbox.

  9. Open the settings in Windows.

  10. Select "Devices".

  11. Scroll down and see if "Symbol Bar Code Scanner :: EA" is connected in "Other Devices".

  12. If it is not, roll up again.

  13. Click "Add Bluetooth device or another device.

  14. Click on "Everything else".

  15. Let it search for "Symbol Bar Code Scanner :: EA"

  16. Once it appears, click on it to connect.

  17. Once connected, click "Done".

  18. When done, repeat steps 1 - 7.
