Having trouble connecting your scanner to your Computer?
Do as following:
Click on the 3 white lines at the top left.
Click "Settings".
Click "Scanner Settings".
Click the reload button (semicircle ending in an arrow).
Click "Select Scanner".
Select "Symbol Bar Code Scanner :: EA".
Click connect.
Then it is connected again. If not, close Shopbox.
Open the settings in Windows.
Select "Devices".
Scroll down and see if "Symbol Bar Code Scanner :: EA" is connected in "Other Devices".
If it is not, roll up again.
Click "Add Bluetooth device or another device.
Click on "Everything else".
Let it search for "Symbol Bar Code Scanner :: EA"
Once it appears, click on it to connect.
Once connected, click "Done".
When done, repeat steps 1 - 7.
