Shopbox can not see my printer?
If you have connected via USB, this may be because your Windows machine has been updated to a newer version than 1809. To check this, you can click here to see how to check this. If you are on version 1809, have a look here.
Close Shopbox.
Open Windows Settings.
Click on "Devices".
Scroll down and check if the printer is connected to "other devices". Name TM-T20ii. If yes, go to point 10.
Click "Add Bluetooth device or another device".
Click on "Everything else".
Let it search until you find "TM-T20ii".
Click the printer and let it connect.
Click "Done".
Open Shopbox.
Click on the white printer icon in the black bar.
Click on "Main Printer".
Click the reload button (semicircle ending in an arrow).
Click "Click here to select printer".
Select TM-T20ii. Click "Save". Click "Yes" to connect and make a test print.

Open "Epson net-config".
Let the program search for your printer.
Double-click the printer. Let it connect to the printer.
Under the field "TCP / IP" select "Basic".
Click "Automatic" at the top for the printer to find an IP address.
Click "Transmit" at the bottom. Click "OK".
Click "Refresh" to see if it's online.
Open Shopbox.
Click on the white printer icon in the black bar.
Click on "Main Printer".
Click the reload button (semicircle ending in an arrow).
Click "Click here to select printer".
Select TM-T20ii (XX-XX-XX-XX-XX-XX).
Click "Save".
Click "Yes" to connect and make a test print.
