Have you experienced that Shopbox closed down while you were making a card transaction, and when you open the app you can not see it? Follow the guide below to get the data inserted correctly.

  1. Click the 3 white lines in the top left corner

  2. Choose Settings

  3. Scroll down to the left side and choose Nets log

  4. Click on the transaction not shown in the transaction list

  5. Press Resend

  6. Now if you go back to your transaction list you should be able to see the transaction
